Return & Refund Policy

At Lil Fig, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unused

  • be in their original packaging

  • include all original tags, labels, and accessories

  • be in resalable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items returned in a condition different from their original state. Return eligibility may vary by product.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • opened or used hygiene-related products

  • opened feeding items or accessories

  • pacifiers, bottle nipples, teethers, or similar personal-use items once opened

  • personalized or customized items

  • final sale items

  • gift cards

If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us before requesting a return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lilfigco@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, color, or style, please request a return for the original item if eligible and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Because some orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at lilfigco@gmail.com.

  • item(s) you would like to return

  • reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
