Shipping policy

Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping method.

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping: $8.00 (FREE on orders of $75 or more)

  • Express Shipping: $15.00

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

United States Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: typically 7–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: typically 3–5 business days

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Because some items may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, shipping times can vary by product.

Shipping Availability

At this time, Lil Fig ships within the United States only.

We may expand shipping options in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • carrier delays

  • weather conditions

  • holidays

  • customs or transit issues

  • supplier processing delays

  • high order volume

Lil Fig is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at lilfigco@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date or receipt of the package.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • photos of the package and item, if damaged

We will review the issue and do our best to help provide a resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Lil Fig is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

PO Boxes

Shipping to PO Boxes may be subject to additional restrictions or delays depending on the carrier and product.
